Eyeliner Woes!

This title is the perfect description of my liquid eyeliner purchases :(
I think I have tried about 6 liquid eyeliners, and I probably wouldn't repurchase any.
Is it too much to expect for a strong black, long lasting, waterproof, and easy to apply liner? Am I being too unreasonable? Is this not what other people want too? Ok, fine, I will compromise on the waterproof aspect, however to all my sisters out there who get watery eyes, cry when they laugh, or just cry a lot, "waterproof" eyeliner is a necessity.
Ok so I will go into detail about the pros and cons of each eyeliner. The swatches I did after washing, was proper rubbing my with hand whilst my arm was under the tap, so I've tested if they are smudge proof as well. If you have any suggestions please let me know guys!!!!!!
